Cancellation Policy
Whiteboard Coaching Session Agreement: This agreement is entered into between the client and Sherry Thomas operating through D.I.V.A. Transformations. Scope of Services: Whiteboard Coaching Sessions are strategic coaching sessions designed to provide clarity, guidance, and actionable direction related to professional growth, sales strategy, leadership development, or personal transformation. These sessions are consultative in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Client Responsibility: The client understands that coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on the client’s willingness to participate, apply insights, and take responsibility for decisions and actions discussed during the session. Payment and Fees: Payment is required in full prior to the scheduled Whiteboard Coaching Session. Session fees cover preparation time, live coaching, and post session insights where applicable. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Whiteboard Coaching Session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in applicable fees as outlined in the company cancellation policy. No Show Policy: If the client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no show. The client will receive a refund of the session fee minus credit card processing fees, and a 50 dollar no show charge will be applied. No Refunds After Service: Once a Whiteboard Coaching Session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Confidentiality: All information shared during Whiteboard Coaching Sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. No Legal or Medical Advice: Whiteboard Coaching Sessions do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals for those services. Agreement Acknowledgment: By booking and participating in a Whiteboard Coaching Session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
